POLICIES

To ensure quality in service and maximum comfortability for every client, it is important to be diligent about your appointment time. Please read the following:

Booking:

All bookings are to be made online. To book multiple services, please book them separately and for consecutive times. For rescheduling or all other inquiries, please text 424.262.2319. Please give name, day and time of your appointment, and day and time desired.

Deposit

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments, with the exception of prepaid services. This will be applied to your total balance. Your deposit will be forfeited if you:

cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment
are a no show
are more than 10 minutes late and we have to reschedule

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy

We allow a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. If you are still able to be seen, a $10 late fee will be added to your service.

New Client Special

The new client special is per-person and non-transferable. Every client automatically receives special, no need to do anything on your end

FAQ

How long does my hair have to be to get sugared?

We recommend at least 1/8th of an inch, or as long as a grain of rice! Usually if you're coming from shaving, you want to grow for at least 2 weeks before coming in.

Is it painful?

Although it is a lot less abrasive on your skin than waxing, sugaring can still be a bit painful the first few times. It is recommended to take an ibuprofen about 30 minutes before coming in, but be sure to ask your doctor before taking any medications! :)

Is it really sugar?

Yes! Our paste is made of 3 simple ingredients; sugar, lime, water. That's it!

How do I prep for my appointment?

In the 2 days leading up to your appointment, refrain from any exfoliation in the area we will be treating. We ask that you come in with clean, dry skin. No lotions or oils please!

And after my appointment?

Be sure to avoid any heavy sweating or friction for the first 24 hours. It is best to keep the area dry and clean. Since sugaring is also a form of exfoliation, do not exfoliate the area for 48 hours after your treatment. After the initial 48 hours, it is important to exfoliate and moisturize the area every other day. This will help prevent any ingrown hairs and allow for a smooth, silky finish. :)

What if is start my period?

You can still get sugared, as long as you wear a tampon! BUT HEADS UP- it might be a bit more painful.

Can I split the new client special with a friend?

Unfortunately, the new client special is per-person and non-transferable. However, it is a great way to jumpstart your regimen!
